Store Policy

If a customer isn't satisfied with the quality of any of products, after answering a quick survey, they may request a Refund or a Size exchange within one month.

Refunds

If the customer requests a refund before receiving their tracking code, they are entitled to a full refund including shipping fees. 

If the package has already been sent or received, the customer may send it to an approved address for a full refund (minus the shipping fee). 

Exchanges

Free exchanges up to 1 month of receiving the product. Customer must return the product to an approved receiving address. Product must be in mint condition.
