Every year, when the summer ends and the leaves begin to fall, the flannel fashion emerges throughout the streets. Originally used as outdoor wear, flannel patterns was brought into Hip Hop culture through the west coast USA during the golden era of hip hop music by artist like Snoop Dog, EPMD, and N.W.A.
Although the Flannel look was adopted by the skate culture, in the mid 2000's the Breakin' culture brought the flannel look back as the raw Bboy vibe emerged, often matched with a crisp pair of Dickies.
The Flannel 2Stepz are the first 2Stepz design made with some alternate materials besides the premium suede leather. This unique color is birthed from classic flannel trends from Fall and Winter palettes. Looking for some of that 90’s street cred, feast your eyes on these.
The Flannel 2stepz is available in classic warm red plaid or a cool and graduated grey and white plaid. Throw on some jeans and a tee-shirt and you’re ready to throw down should the moment arise.
This 2021 Fall Winter, we are testing out a brand-new outsole which we call “Street Soles”, a more hard and durable sole made of rubber. While our original soft, thin & lightweight “Pro-Soles” are made for indoor Breakin’ and high-level competition, our Street Soles are designed more for the raw street style and Bboyin’ on the concrete.
One of the benefits of our biannual presale is our supporters have the option to choose between Pro-Soles and Street-Soles.
The Street Soles are only available from sizes 7US to 10.5US while our Pro-Soles range from size 4 to 12.
Once again, “pre-sales” are made-to-order and take approximately 60-90 days to receive from end date on September 30th.
Expected arrival date is in the month of December, just in time for the Christmas season!
